Yes. Petite Bijou ships to the US, Canada, Europe and selected international destinations. If your country appears at checkout, it means we can ship your order there. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. If you don’t see your country listed, you can always email us at hello@petitebijouboutique.com.

For orders shipped outside the US, your parcel may be subject to local import duties, taxes or brokerage fees. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping rates and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Some items are ready to ship, while others are offered as pre-orders. This will be clearly noted on each product page.

Our collections are divided into BIJOU for women, PETITE for girls and BÉBÉ for babies. Each product page includes sizing information. If your child is between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for longer wear, especially for children. We recommend professional dry cleaning only to maintain the shape, softness, and finish of the garments.

We begin preparing orders quickly, so changes are not always possible. If you need to adjust or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@petitebijouboutique.com with your order number. If your order has already shipped, You may return within our 14 day return  policy.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. Once approved and received, refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit, according to your choice. Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned. Our digital Gift Cards are delivered by email with a unique code that can be entered at checkout. They can be used on eligible products until the balance is zero and can be combined with another payment method. Gift Cards are final sale and non-refundable.
