Processing time

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

During collection launches, holidays, or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order has left our studio/warehouse.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We ship within the United States using the following UPS services:

International Shipping
For international orders, we use DHL Express Worldwide for fast and reliable delivery.
Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination country and are calculated at checkout.
Tracking
All shipments include tracking information. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your delivery.

Delivery times can vary by carrier and destination, but as a general guide:

These time frames are estimates only. Petite Bijou is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or circumstances beyond our control.
Customs, duties & taxes (Canada, Europe and worldwide)
For orders shipped outside the United States (including Canada, Europe and the rest of the world), your parcel may be subject to import duties, VAT, taxes and brokerage fees charged by your local customs authority or the courier.
These costs are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the recipient.
By placing an international order, you agree to pay any applicable duties, taxes or fees charged at the time of delivery.
Customs regulations and thresholds can change without notice. If you’re unsure which charges may apply, we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.
Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
If you do not receive tracking within a few days of your order, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
Address changes
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
Local pickup
We currently do not offer local pickup. All orders are shipped using our courier partners.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or appears lost in transit, please contact us with your order number and any relevant details. We will open an inquiry with the carrier and work with you to find a solution.
